システムユーティリティの定番、OnyX がアップデート。まもなくソフトウェアアップデート経由で降臨するのであろう、Mac OS X 10.4.10 にも対応しているそうです。また、パネルの開閉のアニメーションが少し変更されています。
アクセス権の検証・修復、システムの最適化などのメンテナンスを行なえ、
アプリケーションやシステムのキャッシュも削除してくれます。
「アピアランス」タブでは、Mac OS X の隠し機能を引き出して、カスタマイズすることも可能です。
システムとは関係ありませんが、環境設定の「アピアランス」タブで、OnyX のツールバーのアイコンもカスタマイズできます。
Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger 専用です。Mac OS X 10.3 Panther、Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar をお使いの方は、それぞれの専用バージョンをダウンロードしてください。
